The Ellis Track and Stadium Study evaluated two potential locations on the high school campus for the development of a new athletic complex. Drawing inspiration from the community's rich railroad heritage and the school's mascot, the design embraces a train-themed identity that is woven throughout the project.

Each concept included an 8-lane competition track surrounding an 8-man synthetic turf football field with the flexibility to convert to a full-size 11-man field when needed. The study also incorporated a fan amenity and athlete practice area, a premium viewing deck branded as "The Stop," a new grandstand and press box, and lastly a signature main entry building titled "The Station." The Station is designed to serve as the hub of the facility, housing team locker rooms, concessions, storage, and public restrooms while creating a welcoming entrance for athletes, students, and spectators.
