The new press box at Ray Birmingham Thunderbird Field is a strategic investment in New Mexico Junior College Baseball, blending performance-driven functionality with a renewed architectural identity. Designed to support coaches, media, and game operations, the modern facility elevates daily operations and enhances the overall game-day experience.
Beyond the press box, the project transforms the ballpark with a distinctive new architectural façade and exterior site improvements. These upgrades strengthen the venue's visual identity, creating a memorable "front door" that reinforces pride among student-athletes, alumni, and the community. Through these purposeful enhancements, Ray Birmingham Thunderbird Field is positioned as a premier collegiate venue that honors the program's tradition while inspiring the next generation of fans and athletes.
