Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and construction standards

Ability to produce and coordinate construction documents and details.

Proficiency with 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation graphics.

Strong conceptual design and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with space planning, materials research, and aesthetic detailing.

Responsibilities

Developing design concepts under the direction of senior architects or project managers.

Preparing and refining presentation materials and drawings.

Supporting coordination of design across consultants and disciplines.

Assisting in the documentation and detailing of design intent.

Attending client meetings, site visits, and participating in project reviews.

Researching materials, codes, and building systems.
-
Pursuing Architectural Experience Program (AXP) and licensure.
