Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) Degree Program in Architecture from an accredited program (or similar industry affiliated program)

• Non-Licensed

• 0+ years of professional experience (no experience required to begin)

• Software Skills; Proficiency in:

  • Revit

  • Adobe Creative Suite

  • Microsoft Office

  • Bluebeam

  • Rendering Software (Lumion, Enscape, D5, Twinmotion, or equivalent)

• Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and construction standards

  • Ability to produce and coordinate construction documents and details.

  • Proficiency with 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation graphics.

• Design Skills:

  • Strong conceptual design and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience with space planning, materials research, and aesthetic detailing.

  • Ability to work within branding and client vision constraints.

• Collaboration and Communication Skills:

  • Comfortable working in multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Team player; Humble; Always looking for best solution regardless of credit

  • Proactive initiative; Positive attitude; Willingness to learn/Accept critique

  • Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly through sketches, renderings, and verbal presentation.

  • Presenting to clients, stakeholders, or review boards is a plus.

 

Responsibilities

• Developing design concepts under the direction of senior architects or project managers.

• Preparing and refining presentation materials and drawings.

• Supporting coordination of design across consultants and disciplines.

• Assisting in the documentation and detailing of design intent.

• Attending client meetings, site visits, and participating in project reviews.

• Researching materials, codes, and building systems.

• Pursuing Architectural Experience Program (AXP) and licensure.
