Qualifications

Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) Degree Program in Architecture from an accredited program (or similar industry affiliated program)

Licensed

Completion of the Architectural Experience Program (AXP)

Successful completion of the Architect Registration Examination (ARE)

Or approved alternative licensure path per state or jurisdiction

3+ years of professional experience

Software Skills; Proficiency in:

Revit

Adobe Creative Suite

Rendering Software (Lumion, Enscape, D5, Twinmotion, or equivalent)

Technical Skills:

Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and construction standards

Proficiency with 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation graphics.

Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods

Familiarity with specifications (e.g., MasterSpec, Uniformat)

Proven experience managing all phases of architectural projects (SD through CA)

Experience with construction documentation and administration

Experience with space planning, materials research, and aesthetic detailing

Responsibilities

Lead project design and documentation efforts

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors

Oversee code compliance (building codes, zoning, ADA, life safety)
-
Oversee construction administration activities and project closeout
-
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
-
Perform site visits and prepare field reports
-
Supervise and mentor junior staff
-
Preparing and refining presentation materials and drawings.
-
Client meetings, site visits, and lead project reviews.
-
Responsible for bringing / troubleshooting new software to Ampere
